ITT Water & Wastewater boosts its service offering

ITT Water & Wastewater, the market leader in water and wastewater treatment technology, has enhanced its customer offering with the addition of a new service ‘Plus’ contracts option.
Customers can now benefit from ITT Water & Wastewater’s broad selection of service contracts - ranging from a ‘Bronze’ option which includes annual inspections, to a fully comprehensive ‘Gold’ option covering the cost of all parts and labour.
The new addition to the range of service contracts is a ‘Plus’ option – designed to provide customers with additional features that will be of real benefit to many customer types. ‘Pump Alert’ as it is named, provides remote pump station monitoring; so, whatever the location is, problems with the station are immediately apparent. Customers can choose to have alarms sent directly to their own nominated contact through SMS or email, or have the ITT Water & Wastewater customer service team receive them and respond accordingly.
As well as service contracts offering various aftermarket benefits, ITT Water & Wastewater offers the ultimate ‘Platinum’ contract scheme, providing comprehensive cover and easy payment terms for the first five years of operation. This offers a cost-effective way for customers to benefit from all the additional aftermarket extras of the service contracts, as well as an easy way to finance their new pump.
